Ticket Sales

Unless otherwise required by law, ticket purchases are non-refundable.

In the event of postponement, rescheduling, or cancellation, ticket holders will be notified regarding available options.

Photography, Video Recording & Media Release

By attending any Holy City Fights event, you acknowledge and agree that photographs, video recordings, live streams, audio recordings, and other media may be captured during the event.

By entering the event venue, you grant Holy City Fights, its affiliates, sponsors, partners, licensees, and authorized media representatives the irrevocable right and permission to photograph, record, reproduce, publish, distribute, edit, modify, display, and otherwise use your name, image, likeness, voice, appearance, and statements in any media format now known or later developed, including but not limited to websites, social media platforms, promotional materials, advertisements, broadcasts, and other marketing purposes, without compensation or additional approval.

You waive any right to inspect or approve the finished materials in which your likeness appears and release Holy City Fights from any claims arising from the use of such media, including claims related to privacy, publicity rights, defamation, or compensation.

If you do not wish to appear in event media, please notify event staff upon arrival. While reasonable efforts may be made to accommodate such requests, Holy City Fights cannot guarantee that individuals will not appear in crowd shots, live broadcasts, or event photography.

Fighter Participation

Scheduled fighters and bouts are subject to change due to injury, licensing requirements, athletic commission decisions, medical issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Ticket purchases are for the event experience as a whole and not for any specific fighter or bout.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Holy City Fights shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of this website or attendance at our events.

Third-Party Services
